Starcraft 2 a MMO
I just saw this at Kotaku but it originally appeared at CVG. Here’s the quote:
The long-rumoured new instalment of Blizzard’s massive StarCraft series is set to be unveiled later this month - and it’s another massively-multiplayer online game in the style of World of Warcraft, CVG can reveal.
I think Blizzard will be making an incredible marketing mistake as another MMO like WoW - especially when it comes to Starcraft - is the LAST thing people expect. Least of all, the Koreans where the WWI is going to take place.
I simply can’t believe Starcraft 2 will be a World of Starcraft instead of a RTS game.

if starcraft 2 is not like the orignal, i don’t want to play it. no joke, they will be wasting a hell of a reputation if the make starcraft anything like world of warcraft. we don’t need any more of those games, we need more starcraft. straight up.

I agree with Brock. F**k an MMO that means monthly charges for a game that 80% of us DONT WANT TO PLAY!!! WE need the greatest RTS of all time to come back from the ashes of a 9 year delay and make us all happy again.

i agre with everyone else if its going to be another world of warcraft than blizard is just wasting my time,s.c is buch better as a rts thats what makes it badazz. Blizard is much better without anothe mmo

Starcraft 2 is not going to be an MMO, get your facts straight
as for the people that believe this braindead website, look at www.sclegacy.com
It’s going to be an RTS game. In between each mission is a story mode space in which you can talk to people (at least for the Terrans)
