Any real diablo players knows the key to the game is its realism. If you add color and even to much color ur drawin attention away from game, we will be focused on the COLOR, instead of live action makin us feel like where in the game… for example most players heads will be stuck to screen meanin we are totally into it, it makes us feel like we are there…… YOU ADD COLORS OUR HEADS WILL BE AWAY FROM COMPUTER SCREEN LOOKIN AT EVERYTHIN BUT THE GAME…

i have to agree the colors make it look horrid trust me “WoW”. but one thing bugs me if they did away with the potion belt, and there are less monsters. when u have a team of people how would u heal and at the same time mf ? also when u get up to a boss then wat?

Ive played Diablo since its first release and Loved it, then Diablo 2 was great and I loved that.. it is a big controversy of the colors, but makeing the world dark isnt something of graphical scale.. but of “scenery” scale

You wouldnt expect a skeleton to rise when theres a sun out right? I mean even in Zelda 64 those f*ckers ran from the sun.

Color is good, in certain places.. but if the world is turning into hell.. then it best be fadeing quickly

Also.. eliminateing the hack -n – slash from this game just kills its roots, It was built upon that.. and gives it the feel “oh shit, no wonder why this town got raped” (Tristram in Diablo 2)

I mean come on, color has nothing to do about it.. REALISM does, and the world that circles around it

and using potions like mad is more realistic that touching a magical stone to replenish health

.. Potions were life lines, you best be prepared

Just seems like there making it baby proof or some shit

Blizzard, I really dont know whats up.. But ive played your games since the 90’s

Warcraft changing into a MMO was the biggest hit, as I was use to Strats.. , it was a nice concept

till the complete lore of the world was twisted around in a blender, because “certain” people would cry about “so and so” can do this or that

Balance is key aswell

I just sure hope D3 is what I expect it to be, I dont want another Dungeon Siege game.

Wanting the same looking game as d2 is like saying lets go back to how pac-man looks. d2 looked like it did because computer graphics were about 5 years unadvanced. every game from now on will be more crisp and colorful because that means our cards our doiing our job

Diablo is supposed to be dark. It’s supposed to be creepy. It’s supposed to be gloomy. If the turn it into a colorful game, full of pink and yellow creatures, then it’s not DIABLO!

I rlly love the game its great gameplay, teamwork, graphics..
But still long time till its done.. And I will only buy and play it
If its F2p cause thats one of the reasons why I dont play (Official) World of warcraft…

Y is everyone dissing WoW? Its not actually as kiddy as some people have put down. If u felt dissapointed in it i understand that if diablo 3 showed up just like it u would go to the game store with a chainsaw and rip diablo 3 to peices. but dont. i like WoW (dont comment please) and i like diablo. they keep to themselves. blizzard is not trying to make another WoW ( they got the new expansion coming up y make another) im sure that even if it had kiddy colors it would have blood and that blood would splatter over every inch of the screen if u wanted it to. i just noticed this is a long post

Also even though i cant wait for diablo 3 i am a bit dissappointed to hear that classes will be lessened. y? i wanted more skills for the classes and even more classes so that everyone could be original in his/her own way. yes WoW tried this (and apparently failed, so jacked) but comon, not only colors but it becomes tiresome to see the same old character over and over again. these r just my thoughts. YAYAYAYYAYAY GO BLIZZARD!!!!!!!!
