Actually its not blizzard 2005 when you said
if you look real close, at the very end, it says
” Blizzard Entertainment 2005″.
I used multiple programs to get a clear as possible image, and from what i got, was a “Blizzard Entertainment 2006″
Not 2005, so that trailer was made in 06 which was quite recent.
At the end it said “Diablo III”, which means diablo 3!
Also at the begging there were bones out of the ground as the camera moved to the gate, and those bones sure did look like bone prison bones to me!
Then it talks about beyond the kingdoms there is an unexplored world, the uber evils, realm! where lilith was helping to recover diablo, which could be that unexplorered world, the uber realm!
Bottom line- This is More D3 than anything else

ok D3 will be good if they use WoW grafix and a more verity looking armor. choose between male and female. but they need to show some promissing info that D3 is really comeing. i used to be a Diablo fan till i was doing the same thing over and over again. they need to add shit that is like on WoW as in haveing the 2 factions and pvp system. well they have awhole lot of ideas to use to make this game great. if they only put half as much work that they put into WoW, into D2 and D3 the game would be the best ever i say.

Plus that didn’t seem much like a trailer, I mean I liked the diablo II one..with the dude having a dream and such because it dosen’t look fake, itis cool to watch etc but this one dosen’t even make sence? Maybe its just me but I think Diablo III is going to turn out to be a big diaspointment. But still I am looking forward to it, I just wont be too disapointed when/if it isn’t any good.

Diablo 3 will be a reality, but they’re still making asstons of money on WoW, so why distract the customers they already have?
When Interest in WoW falls off, SC2 or D3 will follow right on the heels of its demise. In the meantime, they’re going to let us whip ourselves into a continued froth over it, so that when it really is released, we’ll be beating each other to death trying to get a taste. As for the laughable trailer, I give the guy an E for Effort. Someone could have undoubtedly made a better and more believable trailer, but no one did, did they?

And it’s even harder for Blizzard to come up with a completely satisfying game, and keeping it unique. I play Diablo because I dont like WoW, so if they made it like WoW, a lot of people would not play it. It needs to stay in its own kind of category of RPG.

relax guys. the trailer most definitely seems a fake. i have never seen that wow trailer before but cmon, the title screen at the end says it all. it’s a griggin edited and added and bliz at it’s present company’s state would probably never do something like that to one of it’s premiere titles. but the thing, you all know the current starcraft 2 annoucement and that the game has been in secret production for years now and they have managed to keep it secret from the public. if they could do that to starcraft 2, what’s keeping them from doing the same for diablo 3? in other words, let’s keep on feeding wood to the fire.

i think that blizard should bring out diablo 3 because it will keep blizard and diablo fans occupied and even if they dont they are makeing a lot of money so they will say why should we bother makeing a new game therefore they wiill mostlikely not create a new game but if blizard come to there sences about it then i hope they create a new diablo game because i am a diablo maniac.
you know what i think? i think diablo 2 is a great game but it sucks if you create a character all over again and have to go threw all the lame shit… plus theres only 6 quests per atc… a very good persone could finish the game in a day or 2! (in norm. and not getting to lv 99). Thats why they should put WAY more quests in the game.

To my mind the design outside should be quite the same like it is in the gameplaymovie, because it really looks great
BUT when it comes to dungeons (and bosses) it is a MUST that they stick to typical “diablo colours” because this is very important for the atmosphere
so you can still have a big variety of ambiences

This is 30/07/2008. I stopped my WOW account today after a 8 month have no life experience “No more!”. Diablo III is released (And the long lost game Starcraft has been released too..Whoohoo!) . And gues what. Bliz has me by the balls again…but only this time maybe i can get somewhere without the help of idiots who has no common sence on how to play and win from time to time. I rather play ofline than online now..And the best games for that would be Starcraft and Diablo. Diablo more than Starcraft thow. Lan is so much more fun than online gaming coz my friends have more brains than a whole Premade Alteric Valley (Aliance). I never played as a Horde but i gues they suck just as much.
Well enjoy D3 and StarC. Im going to shop for one of these 2 tomorrow…and by the Sun of Mount Dontslipwhenwet i hope they can be played ofline with the same experience and availability than online users get…If not..then stuff the gaming life.
