I agree with Roper.
The current Diablo 3 art style is too cartoonish and colorful. Just like a “Barbie’s Little pink pony game”.
That style in Diablo 3 is not scary at all and needs to be more gothic and show less tenderness.

The Diablo fans and gamers, WE ARE NOT KIDS, and the new Diablo fans need to know the real feeling at playing a Diablo’s game series.

OK, agree with Roper and signed the online petition to change the art style for diablo 3.

Now.. D3 will be the greatest game of all time along whit greatest games which are d1 and d2. d1 was omfg the best. d2 was bit diferent but it is omfg the best game in the world. Now d3 have diferences but omfg it will be the greratest game of all time in the whole universe. What u need to rem its that u saw maybe 0.5 % of the whole game. + it was the very beggining of game. It was sunny for the reason. Just wait and see. Jay said that when you will step futher and futher into gaem it will be more dark and scary aswell. Its good strategy. I love the game allready. What i dont like its a japanese accents like manga face of sorcerrer. They let me down a bit in that one. However it d3 will take a couple of years of ours life. That wsa scares me most.

I don’t think it’s all that cartoony, and as someone who plays WoW, it’s a completely different game…

I get that it’s an easy tag to apply because it’s the same company, but seriously, where’s the similarities that go WoW -> Diablo as opposed to vice versa.

WoW took the skill system from Diablo. Diablo didn’t take it from WoW. Saying “look at the skill systems, they’re the same!” is pointless.

One is slightly less architecturally gothic, the other is a Napoleon Dynamite riding a purple chicken. Stop the meaningless comparisons.
