i believe the diablo game series is the best made. the story line is captivating and charecter play endless. and the idea of a diablo 3 has been buzzing in my mind ever since i first beat the game. what new races and charecters they could now introduce along with the new skills now with the world stone destroyed. unfortunatly blizzard is only concerned with 1 thing… WOW, afterall it is making them a fortune. and as long as diablo is a free online experience it will not bring in the loot like WOW. so i end this with saying my dreams of a new diablo game fade with each new addition to WOW.

I came to this website in hopes of seeing something of the game Diablo 3! as it turns out everything on the diablo 3 website is for SOMETHING ELSE! I sat at my computer for 30 minutes looking for anything about this game and wasted my time. I looked at several so called trailers to find they were for a stupid WoW game. So far other than the idea of it possibly being on the 360, this game and website are a HUGE dissappiontment!!!!!

I’m here to clarify that all that has been said is nothing more than a rumor. I emailed blizzard tech support asking if Blizzard started devolopment back on Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2 and they replied and told me that there was no upcoming Starcraft 2 nor Diablo 3 projects. There was a project started on Diablo 3, but it was stopped when they started devolopment of World of Warcraft.
I also chased the dream of playing Diablo 3 in the near future, but my heart was shattered.
i guess the only place to get a diablo fix after this will be when Hellgate london is released. this idea sucks, but is most likely choise

Just go out and buy “sacred”. It is played like diablo, but the graphics are better and it is a bit more fun. Same special weapons, but a bigger world and better character selection. This game should get you by until diablo 3 comes out…….if it comes out.

Dungeon keeper 3 was going to come out, then they gave up on it.
Neverwinter Nights 2 took forever to come out after the original game.
Its either going to be started at the end of this year/ start of next year or it’ll never be made. Even though this is a great loss, its life, Blizzard are leaving their old games in the past and moving forward with world of warcraft where many people still play Warcraft 3, Starcraft and D2, they could make more money off those as well by making another game but WoW, not only does it suck due to people scamming each other all the time (Which will always happen in MMORPG’s) but high levelled pros always wait round the training camps which makes the game really unbalanced and unfair. So they make millions every month off people paying subscription where as we hide away and still play on the good old free Blizzard games….

WoW was and will be what is fueling the new Diablo, in a world like today you have to come out with this pop shit in order to create the really good stuff. The problem is not dissapointing the fans, which has require time, but there are more D fans than WoW fans, they would have to sacrifice a huge fan base if they scratch Diablo. Same thing with Fall Out 3 which just announce a date after the same about of develope time. My guess is Fall 2008.

You know all I hear about is how great WoW is. Well I bought it and played it for like 3 days and it is the stupidest game out there these days. Now that I know it is garanteed that Diablo 3 is coming out I accually have something to look forward to. Wow has no storyline and it take like 3 months to lvl up if you play it all day everyday. Now Diablo not like that. I hope that you dont have to pap to play. You all know everybody cant pay for a game every month so they would not be able to get it now if its free more people will play. I think that most or all of diablo II players don’t really play or like WOW. Because we have played D2 that we got used to it and WOW just sucks. Like myself i think WOW is retarded in many ways. My main reason is you have to pay to play. But ever sense WOW came out ive been wanting D3 to come out. Hey all! Yes D2 ruled (Cow level etc) some patches were better then others though. Yes thats correct we need to stop playing all battle.net games but i dont think that will happen. Im sure they will bring it out soon but thats what we all say. Bring out D3 now or a new game which is similar.

I doubt that anything with some truth behind it will be found on here. I am in school for business, and if you look at from business stand point, being “hush hush” about it would be one of the smartest things to do. They allrdy know that the game has a cult following, and people would buy the game. But looking at what they have done with WOW, and starcraft 2, you know that they will not screw up on one of the cash cow games. If there are rumors about a 07 release data, that’s just it…rumors. Also if a boss tells you not to talk about something to the public, you most likely not going to, so anyone who says I talk to an employee, is prob most likely full of s*!t. As for paying to play the game, that would be a really bad idea for them. Why would the mess with the formula of Diablo just to make more money off it? Everyone knows, including blizzard, that doing that would create hell for them, and many people would not play the game online. Having the game on B.net makes money form them allrdy. So I doubt you will see a fee for playing online, it will create to up of a black lash for Blizzard. I have nothing really important to say just that from a business stand point they are making all the right moves. Not talking about it and lack of information creates 10X more buzz about anything your dealing with.

in my personal opinion, if there is such thing as a diablo 3, it won’t be released for a long, long time. they’re too busy with the WoW project, and leaving the diablo II era alone for a few years. look at the time spand in between diablo 1 and II. expect the same time spand between II and III. blizzard is currently making goo-gobs of money off of WoW, charging people to play monthly. and if they ended up charging people to play the “new diablo 3″, they would be comitting financial suicide in the process, especially if diablo 3 came out anytime soon. yeah, it might sound like a good idea, but since they already have one game for which they charge people for it, including a second game would give off the impression that surely enough, over time, all blizzard entertainment games would eventually be “pay monthly” games. especially with a game that’s in so high demand as it is right now, or atleast from the rumors. i believe there will be a diablo 3, they ended the diablo II and II.xp with a cliff-hanger of an ending. but it won’t be for a few more years. so contain your excitement for now and play II or WoW, or starcraft for now.
and by the way, the “business man” over there, doesn’t make much sense at all, with the “business stand point”. i don’t have to go to college to make an educated guess on a video game anyway. and if i were in a business program, i wouldn’t waste my time with this anyway.

d3 would be a realy good game.But with 8.whatever mill ppl playing wow blizz is not going to make d3,there already making so mutch off it whats the point in making d3, sure alot of ppl play d2 but its a free online play, so if they do make d3 its going to cost just as mutch or more than wow(gay game)so till they acually post anything about it on blizz.com play guitar hero!!(good game!!)

So I was just surfing to find some info on D3 and found this site… I have heard some things…. Like that D3 “IS” comeing but may not be here untill late 2009…
Also there is a rummor starting about D3 being on PC and a game system… most feel that the xbox 360 will have it… i hope it dose because Blizzard and Xbox have had some colaberation on some games… but All you TRUE Diablo fans should remember the D1 for the original PS….
I think that If D3 is on a system it will be for all or at least the highest bidder… witch always seems to be Xbox….

Trust me, I’ve been hearing rumors of d3 for about 4 yrs now, and they are all bogus. Blizzard has all its efforts on wow, and will for at least 5 years. Besides, after 10 yrs of d2 there’s still a market in selling chars and gear. If your bored of d2 already, i have a challenge 4 u: try to get perfect stats on all your gear and torches, or create some new LLD classes. I don’t doubt that if all you die hard diablo fans keep bugging blizzard, they may come out with some new expansions for d2.

As a current employee at Blizzard Co. i can tell you that Diablo 3 heaven vs. Hell will be realesed in the United States by late Spring or early Summer of 2009!!! I highly doubt that it is going to come. And D3 editor can you send us links or something because I don’t think that you are one of the workers of blizzard. These people keep on making up stories to try to trick people and it gets kind of old. If it’s going to come it’s going to come before the end of this year or it’s not going to come. As simple as that.
I have noticed some complents from certain people on this site. No i can not send u any links because the game is not completely finished we are still working on finishing the final details. I’ve just read through all the posts, the will there be? All the hopes & wishes etc. Funny thing is looking back saying D3 out late 07 or out 08 & of course it hasn’t happened. If & I stress IF it’s coming it, it won’t be leaked information, the information will be released exactly how Blizzard want us to know, probably from their web page & not on a rumour forum.
I’m like most of you & live in hope that one day D3 is released, until I see anything official come from Blizzard it will remain in hope. I started way back with D1/Hellfire, then D2/LoD up until a few years ago where I started playing EQ2, but still playing D2 just to keep the buzz alive.
People complain about having to pay to play, not a bad thing in my opinion, been playing EQ2 since that come out & to be honest I think that works better, I remember back when D2 came out, with the duping, trade hacks etc.
As for WoW losing money from having another on-line subscription game, not true, just incorporate what SoE did, they run EQ1, EQ2, Vanguard, Starwars Galexies to name a couple all of their on-line games, yes subscriptions are needed or you can buy a slightly higher subscription to play all of them.
Just hope its good news later this year, won’t be holding my breath though, expect the worst, hope for the best!

How do I know it? simply because I’m awesome! nah lol i established a link between the subtle symbols present on the teaser screen and Diablo 2 runes. to the right of their teaser screen, you can see the symbol of HEL rune, and to the left it’s SHAEL, IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE!
