I was going through Ebay looking for some Diablo 2 items for my sorceress. All of a sudden, I hit the following item - a Blizzon ticket that includes a beta key for an “undisclosed” Blizzard game.
Now, without getting all psyched… this could very well be for the WOW expansion.
Yet, a few bloggers have been swearing it could be Diablo 3. Looking at the news we’ve been getting recently - Diablo 3 is still in the making. After all, Blizzard recently recruited an art director to work on it.
On the other hand, I remember I got several Diablo 2 cd keys during the closed beta which was quite a few months before the game was released. We’ll see what happens at the Blizzcon.

Hey Skeeter, so WHAT do you think Blizzard will do next? It has to be either Starcraft, Warcraft, or Diablo. They got Warcraft covered, so this leaves Diablo and Starcraft. They can’t do THAT much to improve Starcraft, it’s still one of the best RTS games bar none.
Which leaves us with … Diablo. I can make 10 other arguments as well but this one is the simplest
hey skeeter… shut up. i read that blizzard has atleast 2 unanounced projects that they are working on. my guess is startcraft 2 and diablo 3. and besides the only reason that Diablo 3 isnt finished yet is becuase the designers got called away from it to help finish WoW on time.

the video trailer showing is not even diablo 3 its the exspantion to WoW so their is a good chance it is not even goin to be a pay to play game and if it is i wont buy it cuz it will trash the game big time

I think blizzard might not release d3 information until later this year and maybe release d3 in late november or mid january
First off Diablo 3 is on the way as well as a Diablo movie from legendary pictures. I believe the movie as a way to promote the release of D3. And skeeter sucks dirty monkey nuts on thursdays.

Im trying very hard to be logical about all of this. I have to admit though that a second WoW expansion would not be held in such secrecy. I know that WoW is huge right now and StarCraft 2 is getting a lot of buzz so I believe those titles are out. They will not waste a big premier of on another expansion for WoW and SC2 has already been announced. So I think that we are either looking a completely new game all together or Diablo 3. I hate to say it though, that a all new title seems more likley. I love Diablo 2 a lot and hope its 3 thats in the making. However, we should though keep our minds open to the idea of a completely new game. It could be what is exciting blizzard so much. What better then a whole new start to a big blizzard series?

there making a D3 my friend went to their company cuz his friend works there and he saw the timeline hes even seen the game the reason it hasnt come out yet is because they didnt like it so they scratched it and started over he says if they dont like it this time it wont come out so hes hoping they like it
if you all would look at the blizzard site every once in awhile you would see that there are 3 or 4 jobs saying that the team behind diablo and diablo 2 are looking for people to hire. so with that said what else could it be? i mean sc2 info has already been released and i don’t think that it will be kept so secret if it was another WoW expansion. So lets just all pray that its d3 coming out. i know that i am.
Well i just hope its not a game you have to pay for that is so lame… Online quality doesn’t come with money, you just get some lame gamemasters that you can ask stupid questions…

Diablo 3 beta testers i think already have been chosen! It seems as if they had some form of contest at blizzcon 08 where if you won a certain position your prize was to leave ur email adress.

There is a guy posted that he won a pass to be a betatester for d3 and he is playing it as we are talkning right now. Althou he is on a strict NDA coz of closed beta and doesnt talk to much about the game. I know it could be a scam but several ppl have commented that they also are testers and that the guy is talking truth in his video post!
All my hopes go to that we wont have to wait for more then a full year now after the official announcement of diablo 3… As we are still waiting for Starcraft 2 which was announced 2007 last summer :(….
Look forward to hopefully play D3 at the end of this year of beginning of the next! I DONT WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG!!!!

blizzard has been working on D3 for 3 years now i believe, they started a bit after wow. I for one will buy every blizzard game good or bad(none that have went below a 9.0 on my score board).
Diablo 3 Beta was VIP, known 2 people to get it that played wow with me, what a POS game IMO, and yeah. would be nice to get the chance to be a tester…
