If you’re the kind of guy who always goes for a macho character, you might ignore the screenshot below.
It’s not Bruce Dickinson fighting Eddie, it’s a female barbarian fighting a Siege Breaker. If you ask me, she’s pretty cool. I’m partial though - my favorite Diablo 2 character was an Ice Sorceress (before they nerfed Blizzard it kicked butt).

I’ve never liked the female characters in D2, but this actually looks cool, but it will be awesome if Blizzard makes Druid available in D3. No doubt, it is the character I want to see!
Remember they wanted to keep all the characters as fresh as they could, meaning they didnt want to bring back to many from the previous game, they might merge a few, like they have done with the Witchdoctor. But i seriously doubt the Druid will be in the mix…
They need a transforming character and i feel they will wait for the expansion to release it, soo a druid merge might come into play but im counting on the next couple characters to be somthing along the lines of an archer, or a holy character such as the paladin
Yeah, i agree with cassidy, there will be an archer. Its obviouis. The first 2 games had an archer, why wont this 1? Im just hoping they dont add like guns or something. That would suck. Im also hoping that the archer won have things like ice arrow and fire arrow, but more realistic skills. It would also be cool to have a summon archer, maybe summons wolfs? A mixture of Druid and Amazon would be nice.
wait a minute, i was thinking more about this and i realized something. There isnt a char. with main poison skills. there is always a char with light,fire,ice-wizard. There needs to be a char with poison, not the few skills that the wizard and witchdoctor have. My guess is an archer that imbues her arrows/bolts with poison? or an archer that is 1 with nature and uses her surroundings to help her? maybe using trees or vines? or maybe animal like pets? idk a mixtrue of druid and amazon is what im still thinking. and then for the last char. there has to be another melee char. im thinking a support melee char. Like the paladin, but maybe skills of the assassin? idk
i agre wit pode but i still think that the wizzard will be the char that everyone uses and that will kick everyones ass but the barb looks better than the ones in the last games
