Über Izual only awakens

The greatest of these heroes was Izual, lieutenant to the Archangel Tyrael and bearer of the Angelic Runeblade Azurewrath. He once led a fierce attack upon the Hellforge as the creation of the dark demonblade Shadowfang was nearing completion. During the battle that ensued, Izual was overcome by legions of Chaos and was lost to the Darkness.

Tips and Other Additional Information
Über Izual has two new abilities which make him much more dangerous. He can slow you down with Frost Nova and Chilling Armor, then Teleport close to one of your casters and hack away at them.

Because he is immune to Cold, your party will have to fight more reactively, so Sorceresses should be ready to Teleport away and Necromancers should cast Bone Armor to prepare for this.

His melee attack also has a 100% chance of +50-80% Cold damage on striking, with a 4 second chill duration. Melee and tank characters like Barbarians and Paladins should equip "Cannot be Frozen" gear to keep from being slowed. He deals a massive amount of damage, so gear which provides Damage Reduction and Cold Resistance will help immensely.

Über Izual uses the following Skills: Frost Nova, Chilling Armor, Teleport.
