Diablo II Item Set: Arctic Gear

The Artctic Set is a fine set for the beginning of the game but it lacks punch. "The Cannot Be Frozen" bonus is almost useless and the 6-14 Cold damage is not such a big deal when you consider the low damage of the bow.
